Peoples Chioce Award
It was my rendition of a Beef Bourguignon I spent days working on and preparing that won the peoples vote in the entree category for the 2013 Beaujolais Nouveau Culinary Competition.
2015 2nd Best BBQ in all of Denver Westword Magazine
Sons of Scullery is a company I Co-Founded and began as a cooking show that was filmed with two of my best friends, which can be found on youtube.com (search Sons of Scullery).
With Sons of Scullery I created a unique BBQ that caught the attention of a lot of people around the Denver area. Sons of Scullery has and always will be a part of my life and is essentially a part of Brookshire Foods.

Cooking Show Filming 2015-2016
In addition to the youtube cooking show Sons of Scullery signed a filming contract with Orion Entertainment (now Dorsey Pictures). The cooking show was innovative and exciting. The show was pitched to Food Network, Cooking Channel, FYI, Nat Geo and the NFL Network. Filming multiple cooking shows has been an amazing experience.
